Curriculum Review - Modules

Directions:

1. Download the Microbiology curriculum modules at http://cphp.kent.edu. Click on the K-12 Outreach button at top of screen to be directed to the K-12 outreach web page. Select a set of curriculum modules that are consistent with your primary teaching responsibilities, i.e., Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8), or High School (9-12) by clicking on the appropriate grade level. Then download pdf copies of each of the curriculum activities.

2. After reading through the curriculum modules, evaluate and provide feedback concerning the potential usefulness of the curricular modules (see list below) as used with the students you currently teach.

3. Complete one “Evaluation & Feedback” form for each “Curricula Packet” reviewed, i.e. four for elementary, five for middle school, or three for high school.

4. Use this online form to submit all of your "Evaluation & Feedback" information for every "Curricula Packet" reviewed. You must submit only one corresponding Grade Level and Curricula Packet at a time. Simply select the appropriate Grade Level and Curricula Packet.

5. Please Contact Dr. Andrew Gilbert at kentstateprof@yahoo.com with any questions.
