61. The process for acquiring the needed skills in modes/philosophies of education of students who are deaf or hard of hearing in which an individual was not prepared.
a. Comprehensive

(2) Skills in collecting culturally relevant information and materials characteristic of both the historical and current life styles of the learner's culture(s) that can serve both for curriculum content and instructional activities.
