WHAT TO BE -- THAT IS THE QUESTION

Objective:
To acquaint users with a logical problem-solving technique specifically related to career decisions.

Materials Needed:
CIS
User's Handbooks
What to Be -- That is the Question Worksheets
Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT)
Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH)

Time:
One week or more depending upon the quantity of resource materials available.

Procedures:

  1. Distribute worksheets to participants.
  2. Familiarize participants with resources available to assist them in learning about occupations, ways to prepare for occupations and interviewing skills.
  3. The participants may keep all completed worksheets in a notebook for possible future use.

Preparing for a Job Interview
