The product is "Independence through Telecommunications: A Guide for Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children (1994.) --- This 18 - minute videotape, produced by the TAP as part of Project TFA: Telecommunications for All, explains how visual telecommunications technology can provide deaf and hard of hearing access to the telephone. The videotape focuses on TTY's relay services, fax machines, and on-line services. It features easy-to-understand explanations and testimonials from parents and deaf and hard of hearing children who use visual telecommunications devices.
