Our educational knowledge has instilled in us the need for deaf children to be taught
with visual strategies. The strategies incorporated in the classroom today are based on the
necessity to fulfill this need. The instructional strategies provided are also used in the regular
education classes, however, their foundation does not depend upon the auditory sense.
