Deaf-Blind Perspectives is free publication , published three times a year by Teaching Research Division of Western Oregon State College. The publication includes topics such as current status for reauthorization of IDEA, Utah enhanced services for children who are deaf-blind, families and support networks, an introduction to the international organizations and literature related to deaf-blindness, and many other issues related to deaf-blindness.
