FOLDA-USA Deaf Diversity Celebration Kit
FOLDA-USA Deaf Diversity Celebration Kit, known as FOLDA DeafKit provides tools to program planners to observe Deaf History Month, March 13-April 15; and Clerc and Gallaudet Week, in the first full week of December; or any other deaf annual event.
The FOLDA DeafKit also guides its users to additional resources for generating local "deaf diversity" activities that will help contribute to the cultural advancement of all people.
Each DeafKit costs 12 dollars plus $5 for postage and handling. One dollar, for each additional kit. After September 1, 1996, the cost of each DeafKit is $15.00 plus postage and handling. Make checks payable to NAD.

The FOLDA Commemorative Events Committee has taken the charge of developing this DeafKit to help the NAD carry out the three mandates as voted by the delegates to the 42nd NAD biennial convention in July 1994: (1) Promotion of Deaf Awareness Year-Round; (2) Laurent Clerc Nationwide Calendar Date; and (3) Recognition of Deaf Contributions to WW II.
