Hello!

I am new to the listserv and to the field -- I am finding EDUDEAF very helpful! Thanks to all who are sharing! I am trying to find out information about a possible new charter school for the Deaf in Denver. I had heard that it hadn't passed and now I have heard that it did and will be opening. Does anyone have any information on it?

Thanks, Linda Ball

Linda--

The chartership for the Magnet School of the Deaf has indeed been granted. It will open in August with approx. 13 students ages 3 to 9 with four staff members, and will be open to all Deaf children in the Denver metro area with expansion anticipated in the future.
