Preparing Teachers for Inclusionary Programs: Using our CITE Experiences

The presenters provided a discussion starter that is based upon an understanding of:

1. CITE - The University of Cincinnati s version of a Holmes based reform of teacher education that has been titled, Cincinnati Initiate in Teacher Education;

2. what the program means by inclusionary as opposed to mainstream; and

3. an overview of several inclusionary models now in operation and the role of University of Cincinnati faculty and student interns within them.
