Dear Edudeafers -

When I personally met Dr. Gerald Pollard last March at Cathy's KY Symposium, he told me that he was working/collaborating with Dr. Jean Andrews at Lamar. I recently contacted her and the following is her msg to me. I thought it should be shared with the whole list.

Susan:

You can access four of our CDs on HTTP://www.deafed.lamar.edu/ We are developing several more CDs on various reading levels with hispanic themes. Hope these help your students and your colleagues. Jean Andrews

Santa just got Alex a new computer game for Xmas called Mortimer by Lucas Arts. It is closed captioned!!!!!! Just installed it tonight after we got home, so we all haven't tried it yet. Will give feedback as I learn more! Was I ever thrilled!
