This workshop emphasizes advanced database management with
Microsoft Access including multiple database design using the relational model.

CSC 100 - COMPUTER LITERACY
January 9-10, 2001
Tuesday/Wednesday   8:30 am - 4 pm        Fee: $295
Don't know how to use World Wide Web, or having difficulty finding what
you really want? This workshop will lead novice and intermediate computer users
into true proficiency for World Wide Web usage and navigational search to find
what you need.
Other topics covered will include:
* Word - research papers, resumes, brochures, and more
* Excel - spreadsheets for financial calculations, projections
* Paint - make and modify pictures on your computer

BEGINNING/INTERMEDIATE MICROSOFT EXCEL
January 11-12, 2001
Thursday/Friday    8:30 am - 4 pm          Fee: $295
This workshop is ideal for those novice or intermediate computer users who
want to become proficient in using spreadsheets. The workshop begins with
a basic introduction to spreadsheet concepts and gradually progresses in complexity
to include formulas, functions, graphs, macros, and report presentations. Specific
skills covered include:
* using spreadsheet fundamentals, and developing financial spreadsheets
* using "@" functions and macros, mathematical and statistical formulas
* building graphics, and learning labor-saving techniques
* developing reports using worksheets
