Registration is $95.
"Early Bird" registration will be discounted to $75 if the completed form
arrives at ASD on or before May 31. The symposium runs from 8:30
am on Thursday, June 22 to 3:30 pm on Saturday, June 24, 2000.

Special Hotel Rates - Hartford
Hilton Hotel
The Hartford Hilton Hotel is
offering conference participants a special rate of $110.00 per night plus
state/local taxes for either single or double occupancy. Parking
at the Hilton is offered at the special daily rate of $10.00 The
American School for the Deaf will provide free parking and free regular
daily shuttle service to and from the hotel. To qualify for the special
rates, when making your reservation please indicate that you are attending
the TIDE Conference. Special rates available for reservations made
on or before, Monday, June 5, 2000. For room reservations call:

Ground Transportation from the Airport
Airport Shuttle
service to the Hartford Hilton is available through the Airport Connection
shuttle service for $11.00 one way. The Airport Connection hours
are: Wednesday, June 21, 2000, 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm.
On Thursday, June 22, 2000, Airport Connection shuttles will run from 2
pm - 7 pm. The Airport Connection desk is located in the baggage
claim area of Bradley International Airport. Taxicab service is available
from ground transportation service coordinators located near baggage claim
areas. Taxis are normally available between 7 am - 12 midnight.
Flat rate from Bradley International Airport to Hartford is approximately
$28 one way.
