Master's or PhD. in Education or Related Fields.
ASL Proficient but will accept intermediate skills in ASL.
Experiece in working with Deaf MH population in residential
and/or educational setting.
Proven staff leadership skills in training, leading, programming.
Ability to interface with Deaf community and identify community
resources for clients and families.
Knowledge and Skills Needed:
Full range responsibilities overseeing 2 residential facilities
(4 kids in care) and 3-4 classrooms of Pa. Department of Education approved
programs for troubled Deaf Youths.
Total budgetary responsibilities.
Research and outcomes measurements.
