What do we know about "what works" in Deaf Education to enhance teaching, learning and performance and where can we go to learn more?
We know a lot more than is generally known. This section of the Deaf Education Web site will be used to share both established and emerging information concerning informational resources to enhance the teaching, learning, and performance of children who are d/hh. In the coming months, an interactive calendar will be added to this page of the "Deaf Education" Web site. This calendar will provide information concerning regional, national, and international learning opportunities within the field of deaf education.

This Project has been designed to assist learning and research that serves to prevent, or at least reduce the frequency, duration, and impact of abuse and neglect as experienced by children with disabilities. Individuals interested in participating in the Project are asked to contact Harold Johnson, or Janet DesGeorges. Project participants are asked to assist by: 1) sharing information concerning child abuse and neglect; 2) identifying "Bright Spots"; and 3) participating in Project activities.
